* Reorder find args in sync-deps.sh

This fixes the following warning that I've been getting:

 find: warning: you have specified the global option -mindepth after the
 argument -name, but global options are not positional, i.e., -mindepth
 affects tests specified before it as well as those specified after it.
 Please specify global options before other arguments.

Seems to only appear with GNU find, not BSD find or others.
